    I’ve been on & off using this app, but that basically sums up my workout life. I first used this app back in HS & saw fast results but didn’t think much of it because I was very active in sports. I later picked it back up in college as I gained the freshman beer gut 😂, & even with a slower metabolism I still saw results. Used it a few times after college for abs only & it was amazing, now here I am again almost 8 years later back again! I never been over weight but always wanted to keep a nice bum & small waist. That was my problem then, now I’m back because it’s the opposite, I need to ton & gain, but mainly become fit/healthy again (I’m lazy). TIP: Gyms are a thing of the past! Stick to this, I swear it helped me every time! I only used the ab, butt & leg though.
